Now that you have eased back into school, remember that it is very important to help your child be organized.  Establishing a good morning and bedtime routine will help to provide a stress and chaotic-free start to everyone's day!

Here are some examples of a morning routine: set your alarm clock, wake up on time, get dressed, wash face, brush teeth, eat a good breakfast, get shoes and warm coat on (especially for recess now that it's chilly outside), grab backpack/lunch, catch the bus!

Here are some examples of a bedtime routine:  get homework done early and organize backpack (planner signed, books packed, snack packed, etc.), take a shower, put on pj's, lay out clothes for tomorrow, have a snack, brush teeth, don't forget the bedtime story, lights out at a set bedtime.
