It's Parent/Teacher Conference Time!

Conference time is a time for you to learn about your child's progress in school.  Ask to see data about your child's grades and test scores.  Find out whether your child is meeting school expectations and academic standards.
Parent/teacher conferences are also a time to discuss how your child is doing socially as well as academically.  Just like you, teachers want your child to succeed.  You will hear positive feedback about your child's progress as well as areas for improvement.  Be prepared by thinking about your child's strengths and challenges beforehand.  Make a list of questions that you may have to ask during the conference.  A strong home-school partnership will help your child continue to be happy and successful at school!
